Momentums einzigartige Filter-Gehäuse-Schnittstelle wurde für den größtmöglichen Luftfilter entwickelt. Dieser 23 cm hohe, vorgeölte 360°-Radialstrom-Luftfilter verfügt über zwei 7,6 cm große Einlässe und unser vorgeöltes Pro 5R-Filtermedium mit fünf Lagen progressiv feinerer Baumwollgaze für maximale Leistung und Filtration. Die umgekehrte Oberseite und die große Oberfläche sorgen für deutlich längere Wartungsintervalle. Dieses Filtermedium ist ideal für den Straßenverkehr. Das glatte, einteilige, abgedichtete Gehäuse aus hitzebeständigem, vernetztem Polyethylen (XLPE) besitzt unsere zum Patent angemeldete Filter-Gehäuse-Schnittstelle. Das innovative Design minimiert die Anzahl der Teile und ermöglicht so eine einfache Installation. Ein großes Sichtfenster erlaubt die problemlose Filterprüfung, ohne dass das System demontiert werden muss. Das Gehäuse integriert die werkseitige Lufthutze. Zwei dorngebogene, blau pulverbeschichtete Aluminium-Ansaugrohre leiten den ungehinderten Luftstrom vom Filter zu den Turboladern und sorgen so für mehr Leistung und Drehmoment. Ein Schlauch verbindet beide Rohre, um den Ansaugdruck auszugleichen. Ein Silikondichtungsstück verschließt den Gehäuseeinlass und dichtet zur Motorhaube hin ab, um zu verhindern, dass heiße Motorluft in das Ansaugsystem gelangt. Hochwertige Edelstahl-Schneckengetriebeschellen bieten optimalen Korrosionsschutz, und Premium-Silikonkupplungen gewährleisten hohe Flexibilität und perfekte Abdichtung. Momentum XP Ansaugsysteme sind mit weniger Teilen konstruiert und ermöglichen so eine schnelle und einfache Montage.
