Das K&N NextGen Kaltluftansaugsystem wurde speziell für den Ford F150/Raptor V6 2.7L/3.5LF/I entwickelt. Ein rotationsgeformtes Rohr aus hochdichtem Polyethylen (HDPE) erhöht den Luftdurchsatz um 26,1 % (Fahrerseite) bzw. 25,2 % (Beifahrerseite) und sorgt so für eine Leistungssteigerung von 16,2 PS und ein Drehmomentplus von 16,5 Nm – ganz ohne Anpassungen am Motor. Das Ansaugsystem wird mit einem waschbaren und wiederverwendbaren Dryflow LIFETIME Luftfilter mit ölfreiem Synthetikmaterial geliefert. Dank des übergroßen, konischen Designs sind bis zu 80.000 km Filterwechsel unter normalen Autobahnbedingungen möglich. Die Reinigung erfolgt bequem in zwei Schritten ohne Öl. Ein speziell entwickelter NextGen Luftfilterkasten schützt die Ansaugluft vor den hohen Temperaturen im Motorraum. Die Installation des gesamten Systems dauert in der Regel weniger als 60 Minuten.
