Und wenn es Ihnen wie vielen anderen Besitzern eines 7,3-Liter-Powerstroke geht, haben Sie wahrscheinlich schon mehr als einen Ausgleichsbehälter verschlissen. Mit der Zeit wird der serienmäßige Kunststoffbehälter spröde und trüb, wodurch er bruchgefährdet wird und der Kühlmittelstand nicht mehr ablesbar ist. Zum Glück bietet Mishimoto eine Lösung, die auch in 15 Jahren noch genauso gut aussieht und funktioniert wie heute. Ersetzen Sie Ihren unansehnlichen und spröden Kunststoffbehälter durch den Mishimoto-Ausgleichsbehälter aus Aluminium für den 7,3-Liter-Powerstroke (Baujahre 1999–2003). Dank der vollständig verschweißten Konstruktion ist der Mishimoto-Ausgleichsbehälter bruchfest und es tritt kein Kühlmittel aus. Das integrierte Schauglas ermöglicht eine einfache Kontrolle des Kühlmittelstands. Schluss mit dem mühsamen Leuchten mit der Taschenlampe durch einen verschlammten Behälter! Für noch mehr Komfort verfügt der Mishimoto-Ausgleichsbehälter über einen zusätzlichen 1/8-Zoll-NPT-Anschluss zur einfachen Drucküberwachung. Selbstverständlich ist dieser Ausgleichsbehälter auch durch die lebenslange Garantie von Mishimoto abgedeckt.
