Synergy 8557-04 Lenkgetriebe-Abstützung

Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 1994–2001 sowie Dodge Ram 2500/3500 4x4 1994–2002.

Nicht für Power Wagon. Frühere Fahrzeuge mit nachgerüstetem Sechsschrauben-Lenkgetriebe der Plattform ab 2009 benötigen stattdessen 8558-06. Beim Ram 2500/3500 Modellstand 2008.5 wird 8558-04 mit dem Bolzen 855702-M30x1.5-PL benötigt. Bei vorhandenem Stabilisator-Absenkhalter muss die Abstützung zwischen Rahmen und Absenkhalter sitzen. Mit PSC-Big-Bore-Lenkgetrieben kompatibel; für Fahrzeuge 1994–2002 und 2003–2008 bleibt die zur ursprünglichen Lenkgetriebe-Ausführung gehörende Abstützung maßgeblich.

Lasergeschnittene, gebogene und geschweißte Stahlkonstruktion mit zweistufiger Pulverbeschichtung. Lieferumfang: Abstützung, Lenksektor-Bolzen 855702-PL, 7/8-14, Lager SAFL205-16 und Befestigungssatz. Proposition-65-Warnhinweis beachten. Synergy 8557-04 Steering Box Brace

1994–2001 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4; 1994–2002 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 4x4.

Not compatible with Power Wagon. Earlier trucks converted to the 2009+ six-bolt steering box require brace 8558-06 instead. On 2008.5 Ram 2500/3500, use brace 8558-04 with the 855702-M30x1.5-PL sector-shaft stud. With a sway-bar drop bracket, install the brace between the frame rail and the drop bracket. Compatible with PSC Big Bore steering boxes; 1994–2002 and 2003–2008 trucks retain the brace corresponding to the original box.

Supports the steering-box sector shaft and connects the front frame horns. Construction: CNC laser-cut, bent and welded 1/4-inch hot-rolled steel plate with 2.0-inch square tubing, 0.120-inch wall; two-stage abrasion-resistant powder coating. Bolt-on installation with basic hand tools; suitable regardless of lift height according to the manufacturer.

Includes one brace, one sector-shaft stud (855702-PL, 7/8-14), one SAFL205-16 sealed pillow bearing and one hardware kit. California Proposition 65 warning applies.
